When did Sincerely, Jalika Cherie’s shop launch? The Sincerely, Jalika Cherie shop officially launched on July 27, 2021.

What made you get into Candle Making? It makes me feel like the scientist I never went to school to become. I always loved experimenting. Not only do I get to be a Chemist, but I also get to share my works with others and make them happy while doing so.

Are items made to order? Some items such as Candles and Room Sprays are sometimes made to order if stock is low. All custom items are made to order.

.Are all items handmade/handcrafted? As of now, all items are handmade. We may offer other items in the future.

Do you do custom items? Yes, you may find some items under the Custom category in the shop. You may also contact me for other inquiries.

Where do you ship from? We ship from Houston, TX.

How long does it take to ship from my order? It usually takes between 1-5 days for pre-made items and 7-14 days for custom items.

Why are Candle orders shipped on Monday & Tuesday? Candles are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to prevent them from sitting in the USPS Distribution Center over the weekend. This will ensure that your Candles are in excellent condition when they arrive.

How much is shipping? The shipping cost depends on the item. The average shipping cost is $6.

How long will it take to receive my order? Yes, all items except for Stickers, Bookmarks, and Mini Notebooks are shipped via priority mail which usually takes 1 to 3 business days to be delivered. Stickers, Bookmarks, and Mini Notebooks will take 1 to 7 business days.

Do you offer fast shipping? Yes, all items except for Stickers, Bookmarks, and Mini Notebooks are shipped via priority mail which usually takes 1 to 3 business days to be delivered.

How can I track my package? Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How long does it take to ship my order? Shipping usually takes between 1 and 3 business days; However, due to COVID it may take between 1 and 14 business days.

What are the shipping options? At this time, all orders will be shipped via USPS.
