It’s Alright!

We all go through something. Our reactions to those things may not always be the best but it’s alright. Some of us are struggling mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually but It’s Alright. We have to go through a little mud and get dirty sometimes, so that we may appreciate it when we are showered. Imagine if we were just showered with all kinds of goodness but we weren’t prepared for any of it so all we did was squander it, take advantage, and try to impress others with it. Everything that is meant for you is not meant for everyone else. It is for you.

It’s Story Time!

I was watching a Halloween movie the other day where there was a character called the Trickster. When he first showed up in the movie, he was this little Doe-eyed, elvish looking creature who looked like he wouldn’t harm a fly. He told the main character that he could play tricks on his bullies if he got them to come over to his house. One by one, each bully found themselves in their own personal hell. The last bully took the longest to experience this because he had his girlfriend with him.

Here it was, his buddies were locked up in their own personal hell scenes and ultimately meeting their demise. While this guy was just walking around like he was on a tour. So I sat there like, “maybe it’s because the girl is with him”. Low and behold, once she walked away from him to go search for the main character, his hell began. It wasn’t until the main character tried to retract his agreement with the Trickster, the trickster turn into a big, ugly, evil, creature.

I say that to say this, everything that is meant for us is not meant for everyone else. We will literally be dragged through the worst storm by ourselves, only to come out and be better than we were before it began. But, we will only be better if we took that storm as a character-building moment and actually learned from it. If not, the storm would definitely return and try again because there was something we missed. Every bad thing does not turn into something good, but there is always good that follows IF we learn the lesson that was brought to us.

  • Financially but It’s Alright
  • With your mental health but It’s Alright
  • Physically but It’s Alright
  • Emotionally but It’s Alright
  • Spirituality but It’s Alright

Please remember that whatever you’re going through, it is only temporary and It’s Alright.

There’s this song that I beg you to listen to. It may or may not help you but it really drives my point home. I’ll sit it here!

You cannot beat yourself up if you want to weather the storm. This may sound crazy but in the time of your storm, sit down and meditate. Think about what this storm is trying to teach you. Think about what you can do with the lesson you have gathered. And decide how you will move forward and ride out of the storm. The last step is to move out of the eye of the storm with all that you have gathered. Keep pushing your way through so you can see that beautiful sunny day that follows after every storm. I promise you that, IT’S ALRIGHT!!!!!

JC Morgan is what some may call a Rebel or Eccentric. She doesn't fit in and she doesn't try to. She has piercings, tattoos, and stretched ears. She talks, walks, looks, and thinks differently than most Christians. People tend to stare at her without hiding it and the boldness is real because they will not say anything. But you know what? God still loves her and he loves you too. Whether you look different or act different, you still have a place in God's Kingdom. You may be a loner in your environment but let me tell you, you are not alone. Not only is God always there, but there are also other people who are just like you. Different in every way and they wear it as a badge of honor. She likes to say that we are THEE Cool Kids. We're the underdogs that pack a mean punch. We just need to let the Lord use us. With him, we can build mountains and tear down walls that try to stop us. Do you know how all of this can be possible? By restoring your personal relationship with God and practicing Soul Care. That is her area of expertise and that is what she is here to help Women do.
